1940s
Phillip ('49) and Arlene (Platt, '49) King have been living in Torrington, WY since 1967. He is still preaching at the Torrington Christian Church and is also writing a fictional book. They belong to the art club in Torrington and Scottsbluff where they exhibit their western cedar art as well as oil and watercolor paintings. Their email address is paking@prarieweb.com.

Vada Ruth (Ward, '49) and Kenneth Lantz are living in Tecumseh, KS. Vada Ruth sang as a tenor in the Gospel Aires Quartet while she was at MCC. She has been active in her church body as a Sunday School teacher for many years.

1950's
John and Illa (Mullins, '57) Gray are living in Weston, MO. Illa is a retired school teacher. They have moved to an antique town and have been taking it easy ever since!

Max (attended) and Mary (Carr, '58) Johnson are both retired and continue to stay active in their church in Enid, OK. They would be happy to hear from any alums from the 40's (since Prof. Carr was Mary's father) and 50's!

Charlene (Shults, attended) Steinbrecher is currently living in Sidney, NE. Since her MCC days she was married in 1961 and had a son (Timothy Duane, '63) and a daughter (Sandia Kay, '67). Her husband (Clyde) passed away on January 13, 1991, then her son passed away on April, 23, 2006. Charlene says, “the Lord continues to be my constant guide and friend.”

Clarence ('58) and Martha (Howard, '56) Tucker live in Lees Summit, MO where Howard is working part-time at Fairview Christian Church. They retired after working for eighteen years at Blue Ridge Christian Church.

1960's
Richard Brook ('66) recently retired and began preaching at Farmington Christian Church. He has three children: Ron, Jason, and Valerie and seven grandsons.

Ron ('64) and Linda (Lown, '63) Grover have retired and continue to live in Wichita, KS. Ron continues to do part-time work for Central Christian Church and continues to work with Building Better Communities, the disaster recovery ministry in New Orleans. Larry ('65) and Carol McAdoo live in Virginia Beach, VA far away from their children and grandchildren on the west coast. Larry is a retired Navy Chaplain and takes part in the nursing home ministry. David P. Peterson (attended) passed away on March 26, 2010 in Smith Center, KS where he was the active pastor at SONshine Christian Church. David is survived by his wife Gladys, 2 daughters, 3 sons, and 9 grandchildren.

Ron ('73) and Haven ('73 ,Oberhelman) Howard have a music ministry which involves singing and preaching in revivals, concerts and camps all across the United States as well as New Zealand and Jamaica, W.I. They've directed adult and children's choirs, conducted music workshops, sung for thousands at conventions, and small groups in back yards. In addition to music Ron has written Daily Discovery, an interactive Bible study series. Ron and Haven have two sons — Errett who is married to Beth (and grandson Ethan), and Travis who is married to Jennifer. Pedro ('77) and Lynda ('75) Inchaustegui are into their 32nd year on the mission field in Mexico City, Mexico. They have been involved in a Marriage Encouragement Ministry now for the past 10 years, traveling extensively around the country of Mexico giving marriage conferences, retreats and counseling. Pecos and Lynda have been married for 35 years; have 2 married sons: Shawn and his wife Susan, and Anthony and his wife Mandy.They also have 5 grandchildren. Lloyd Ludwick ('78) and his wife Pam live in Ottawa, IL. Lloyd received his Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Seminary (St. Louis) in May 2006. He has been the senior minister at Southside Christian Church in Ottawa, IL since January 1993. Lloyd taught Greek while attending Lincoln Christian Seminary and has written articles for publication and materials for use in adult Sunday School curriculum. Marlita (Marty) (Tomek, '72) MacFarland went home to be with the Lord on June 5, 2009 at her home in Tanzania, E. Africa, where she, her husband Steve ('79), and daughter Rachel were missionaries.

Marilyn (Schreiner, attended) Masterson received her PhD in Life Span Human Development in May 2010. She is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at Washburn University. She and her husband Gregg have lived in Manhattan, KS for the past 18 years, where Marilyn has been an active member at First Christian Church and a member of the Masterworks Chorale. Christine (Grantham, '78) Munn currently lives in Gainesville, GA with her husband, Edgar, and two children, Rachel and Ryan. She volunteers in the children's ministry at their church, Brown's Bridge Community Church. She recently served as Children's Minister in Greensboro, NC at Friendly Avenue Baptist Church.

Roy (attended) and Collete Nevil are living in Poneto, IN where Roy serves as a United Methodist Pastor. They have 5 grown children and enjoy fishing, driving their '66 Mustang, and Roy enjoys playing his guitar. Roy is active in many conference activities for youth, men, and bible studies. Ron Ratliff ('79) and his wife Jeannie (Welton, attended) live in Manhattan, KS where Ron is serving as Reference Librarian at Manhattan Christian College. Ron joined the MCC faculty/staff family in 2006. A graduate of MCC in Bible Ministries, Ron also has a ThM in Old Testament from Dallas Theological Seminary, as well as an MLS (Library Science) from Emporia State University. Michael ('87) Bigelow is currently stationed with the Base Command Group at Al Asad Air Base, Anbar Province, Iraq.
