ABHE to Visit Campus

The Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) will make a regularly scheduled visit to the MCC campus October 11-13, 2016 to evaluate and reaffirm accreditation.

In preparation for this visit, MCC is seeking public comments on its educational programming, faculty, and services.

Any person or group wishing to join the process may submit comments regarding their knowledge and involvement with the MCC educational program to Director, Commission on Accreditation, 5850 T.G. Lee Blvd, Suite 130, Orlando, FL  32822.  The standards for accreditation may be found on the ABHE website

Established in 1927 as a four-year undergraduate institution, MCC and its academic programs hold dual accreditation.  It has been accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) since 1949 and it has been regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (HLC) since 2000.  Both organizations help MCC strive for excellence and are a vital part of the college’s ongoing efforts for quality assurance and program improvement.

For more information regarding MCC or the accreditation process contact Dr. Greg Delort, VP for Academics at 785-539-3571 or by email.
