Bob Johnson has over 42 years of active involvement in both public and private sector security. He currently directs over 100 staff and volunteers on a 105-acre church campus each week. In addition, he actively works with many churches of all sizes both in Arizona and throughout the country to help develop and train safety and security teams.
Mr. Johnson’s past work experience includes 20 years in the Arizona Army National Guard, reaching the rank of Command Sergeant Major, and overseeing leadership and management training for the Arizona Military Academy. During 10 of his 23 years with the Phoenix Police Department, he was a detective with the Organized Crime Bureau. He became proficient in complex multi-agency investigations, working side by side with the FBI, IRS, Secret Service, DEA and other agencies to infiltrate and unravel many state and federal crimes.
