Flint Hills Masterworks Chorale Fall Concert

The Fall Concert for the Flint Hills Masterworks Chorale (a community choir sponsored by MCC) will feature Requiem by Gabriel Fauré and Gloria by John Rutter. It will be at 7:30 p.m., December 8, at First United Methodist Church, 612 Poyntz Avenue. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted at the door to offset the cost of the performance. For more information on the chorale go to www.mccks.edu/academics/masterworks.

Thunder Tailgate Party

Come and support the Thunder Volleyball team in the first triangular on their brand new home court in the Howie's Activity Center.  The first match begins at 3:00 p.m. against the Barclay Bears.  Immediately following you are invited to come and enjoy hamburgers and hot dogs and all of the fixings in the Campus Center.  The Thunder team will play their second match at 7:00 p.m. against the Emmaus Eagles.

The cost for the meal is $5/person and is payable at the door.
