Gregory Delort, Professor of Family Ministry since 1997 and Associate Dean of Academics since 2006, has received endorsement from the Chaplaincy Endorsement Commission of the Christian Churches and Churches of Christ to function as a hospital chaplain.

The opportunity for undergraduate students to do clinical work is rare, but a new agreement between Manhattan Christian College and the University of Kansas Hospital will provide opportunities for MCC students to be accepted into the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program at KU Medical Center in Kansas City. Two MCC students will be part of the first cohort of seven beginning in January 2014.
