Position Classification: Internship
Time Commitment: Part-time
Campus Schedule: Occasionally during the week for weekend service planning sessions
Saturday 4-6pm (schedule may vary), Sunday 8-10:30am
Lead worship in the venue as requested
Participate in song selection for weekend worship services
Upload and document new songs and current songs within worshipplanning.com
Learn to create and operate within a budget
Learn to communicate to, appreciate and lead volunteers
Participate in planning and strategy meetings for weekend services
Attend church staff meetings to see how church ministries function as a team
Lead and coordinate volunteer scheduling and worship plans for weekend services
Meet with volunteers to encourage and develop musical worship abilities and knowledge
Skilled in researching and finding requested information
Proficient in software applications and familiar with Google Apps
Skilled at creating, documenting and following processes
Skilled at building relationships
Skilled and singing/playing an instrument
Accept and support the TRU Vision, Mission, Beliefs and Values as listed on the church website.
Exhibit a servant’s heart and willingness to get the job done well and on time.
Act as a positive representative of TRU Church at all times.
Maintain complete confidentiality with all sensitive pieces of information.
Exhibit loyalty in all situations and defend the heart and intentions of TRU Staff
