Associate Pastor (Worship & Youth)

Valley Center Christian Church is a non-denominational church in a suburb of Wichita, KS. We are searching for the right person to serve as our full-time Associate Pastor. This person will be responsible for developing and leading 1) the worship ministry, 2) the youth/young adult ministry, and 3) assisting with general pastoral duties.

This person must:

• be a devoted disciple of Jesus Christ
• have good character and a good reputation
• be relationally mature and considerate
• have the ability to work on a team and develop people
• possess the necessary skills to develop and lead vibrant worship and youth/young adult ministries.
• be a good ministry fit with the leadership and congregation
