Christ in Youth Summer Event Staff
Every summer Christ In Youth (CIY) plans and produces an estimated 60 week-long events across the United States for High School and Junior High Students. To help execute such a task, we hire approximately 80 seasonal event staff (college students) who are assigned to separate teams that travel across the country working events under the supervision and direction of full-time CIY staff.
Summer Event Staff roles vary in nature:
- from being part of a worship team,
- to running recreation or managing backstage operations,
- running our merchandise store or
- being front line hospitality coordinator to the churches that attend our events.
