Full Time Youth/Associate Pastor
Our church of 130 people located in rural Northwest Kansas is prayerfully searching for a faithful man, called by God to pastor His church, to join us in ministry to lead and to serve as a Youth/Associate Pastor. The sort of man we are looking for should fulfill the qualifications set forth for the office of overseer as described in 1st Timothy 3:1-7.
Under the leadership of and alongside the lead pastor, and elders the Full Time Youth/Associate Pastor role will include:
- Substantial youth-oriented ministry such as weekly youth groups, Sunday School, events, summer camps, and short-term summer mission trips.
- Preaching
- Counseling
- Teaching
- Discipling
The position will remain open until filled.
