Part-Time Office Assistant
Job Description
Our company is looking for a mindful candidate as a part-time office assistant. You will be responsible for analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective. The working hours are 15-20 hours weekly and the pay is $18/20 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities for handling include but aren’t limited to:
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Problem-solving and strategic planning ability.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions.
Job Functions
- Having an understanding of QuickBooks Pro is a plus, but is not necessary.
- You will be working remotely, and independently most days, with the ability to initiate the follow-through for task completion.
