Part Time Worship Minister Position

Oak Grove Christian Church is a small church in a rapidly growing town of 8,000 people, located east of Kansas City on I-70, about 20 minutes from the Chiefs and Royals stadiums.

Job Details:

• Part-Time Position up to 20 hours/week

• Lead Worship Ministry

  • Must be available for Sunday Morning Worship and rehearsal.

  • Implement worship music sets for weekly church worship services

  • Oversee and recruit volunteer musicians and A/V booth

  • Prepare Music for volunteers

  • Organize weekly rehearsal

  • Manage CCLI License

  • Budget Head of Worship Ministry

• Team Approach with Senior Pastor

  • Weekly meeting with Senior Pastor

  • Ministerial Duties based on spiritual gifting and calling and church need

• Reports to Church Leadership at Quarterly Board Meeting
