Essential Job Function

Classroom Participant

  • Attends all Residency-sponsored curriculum training and coaching events
  • Meets with Resident director regularly and stays accountable to the integrity of the program and ECC
  • Follows the direction of their assigned Coach
  • Takes initiative to cross-train in other tracks and ministries

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Completes the requirements of the specific track they have chosen.
  • Leads Volunteers
  • Schedules, trains, and coaches ECC Volunteers in their specific ministry area.
  • Appropriately available for mentoring/pastoral needs of volunteers

Resident Requirements/Details

  • One-year commitment to the program (August-July)
  • 30-hour-a-week role
  • Living and educational stipend
  • Weekend service commitments
  • Class time attendance
  • Weekly 1:1’s with an assigned coach
  • Monthly evaluations from assigned coach
  • Must be willing to agree to the ECC staff handbook

Minimum Qualifications

  • Character and Chemistry
  • A passion for reaching the lost
  • Personal integrity in all areas of life
  • Attends worship services with their family consistently
  • Active participant in a small group

    Interpersonal Skills – relate well to all kinds of people and builds effective relationships; communicates effectively whether in person, on the phone, or via email.
