Volunteer Worship Team Member
The Fort Riley Traditional Protestant Chapel service is a non-denominational worship service for military service members, veterans, and their families. Our service features classic hymns and a liturgy that is familiar to many protestant traditions. We desire our service to be a vibrant community of faith for those who serve in the armed forces, and who call Fort Riley home.
We are looking to build a worship team, and there is a spot for you. We desire people that God has blessed with musical gifts who can accompany the Chaplain in leading worship, or fill in to lead the congregation when he is unavailable for training. Ideally we would like someone who is familiar with singing, piano, guitar, or organ.
If you are looking for worship leading experience over the summer and into the fall, if you have a heart for military service members and their families, or if you are potentially interested in pursuing military Chaplaincy as a vocational ministry, please contact us today!
Our service occurs on Sunday at 10:00am at the Historic Main Post Chapel 6 Barry Ave, Fort Riley KS, 66442.
