Youth/Family Minister

We are looking for a minister to develop and grow a youth program and to reach out to families in the community. We are currently a small congregation with very few youth. The church is located very close to the school and we have had much involvement between the church and school in the past. We are looking to rebuild. We have a very committed and faithful congregation. But they are mostly older. There are currently no young families with children. We actively support our area church camp. This minister would be free to develop and run the ministry. The leadership will be supportive and will not micromanage. We are very committed to the Bible and to Christian Church beliefs.
