Military and Veterans Education Benefits
Manhattan Christian College is committed to supporting our military and veteran students through various education benefits. As per the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe, M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020, MCC provides comprehensive financial information and support to students using VA benefits. This includes a detailed College Financing Plan covering estimated costs for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and living expenses.
We offer a range of federal and state financial aid options, including Federal Pell Grants, FSEOG, Direct Loans, student employment, and institutional aid. MCC participates in the Yellow Ribbon program and is also committed to the Principles of Excellence as outlined in Executive Order 13607. For specific information on VA Education Benefits coverage, eligibility, and rates, please go to https://www.va.gov/education/.
If you are an active duty member looking to begin classes at MCC, we are registered with the Department of Defense. To begin utilizing this benefit, contact your unit’s education office. Feel free to contact our School Certifying Official as well.
Our commitment extends to providing clear information on graduation rates, transfer credit acceptance (including military credits), and any additional requirements for licensure or certification. To compare MCC with other institutions, visit the US Department of Education College Scoreboard and College Navigator.
For assistance or more information, MCC’s VA School Certifying Official is your dedicated point of contact. If you’re new to VA benefits, transitioning from another institution, or a returning student, please get in touch with Kristina Blanck for guidance.

TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
Standard processing for transcripts is one to three business days unless expedited service is requested. Additional processing time could result from data mismatches and/or during peak periods, such as the end of term or commencement preparation (April and May). Transcript orders will not be processed when the Office of the Registrar is closed.
Only current or former students may order a transcript. Phone or email general requests for transcripts cannot be fulfilled. Third party inquiries should be made to the Office of the Registrar. Since the transcript contains confidential information, it cannot be released to anyone other than the student without written permission unless it is mailed directly to another university/institution from the Office of the Registrar.
Unofficial transcripts are available in the student’s Empower account.
Transcripts are ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) using any credit/debit card. The credit/debit card will only be charged after the order has been completed. Students can order as many transcripts in a single session as needed. A processing and delivery fee will be charged per recipient. The NSC will provide email and/or text notifications for every step of the process, including delivery and order tracking.
