Job Description
First Christian Church in Hinton, OK is seeking a Senior Pastor. We are disciples of Jesus making disciples of Jesus; loving others because Christ first loved us.
The Senior Pastor is
- to preach, disciple and evangelize from the Bible.
- He is to lead in the sacraments, and counsel those in need.
- He is to be a champion of the church’s mission statement and vision.
Job Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Leading the church in Sunday morning and evening services;
- Wednesday evening activities;
- Teaching of religious classes;
- Participation in Ministerial Alliance and/or other community organizations;
- Preside over
- Baptisms,
- Weddings and
- Funerals;
- Participate in
- Church camp;
- Hospital and community visitations.
