About Us
Braymer Christian Church is a Restoration Movement congregation located in the rural community of Braymer, Missouri, approximately one hour northeast of Kansas City. The church averages around 90 in weekly attendance and serves a close-knit town of roughly 800 residents, along with the surrounding countryside.
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Preaching Minister who is called to faithfully teach God’s Word, preach Jesus Christ, and help lead our congregation in both spiritual growth and community engagement.
Responsibilities
The Preaching Minister will be responsible for:
- Weekly preaching and teaching,
- Providing pastoral leadership,
- Overseeing the daily operational needs of the church, and
- Helping guide outreach efforts within our community.
Ideal Candidate
Braymer Christian Church places a strong emphasis on Bible-led teaching and Christ-centered preaching, with a desire to see lives transformed through the gospel. The ideal candidate will be:
- A servant leader who is relational,
- Grounded in Scripture, and
- Committed to preaching Jesus while equipping the church to live out its faith locally.
A fully remodeled parsonage is provided. Salary is commensurate with experience.
