Email Signature Standards & Generator
As Manhattan Christian College transitions from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, every employee will be setting up a new email signature. A consistent signature represents MCC well, makes contact information easy to find, and keeps our messaging unified across departments. Use the generator below to build yours.
Why a standard signature
Brand consistency
Every message from MCC looks unmistakably like MCC. Built with Myriad Pro (Calibri fallback) and our official PMS 282 navy — straight from the MCC brand guide.
Professionalism & credibility
Clean, uniform signatures signal care and build trust with families, donors, partners, and prospective students.
Contact clarity
Recipients can find your name, title, department, and phone instantly — no guessing.
Easier transitions & onboarding
A shared template makes the switch to Microsoft smoother and gets new hires set up in minutes.
To keep university communications professional, please avoid quotes, personal statements, or non-MCC graphics in your signature.

Outlook on the web

- Click into the signature box and paste with Ctrl+V (or ⌘+V on Mac).
- Check the boxes to use this signature automatically for new messages and replies, then Save.
Outlook desktop (most reliable — preserves all links)
- Click Download .htm above to save your signature file.
- In Outlook desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
- Click New, give it a name (e.g. "MCC"), then click OK.
- Open the downloaded .htm file in a browser, select all (Ctrl+A), copy (Ctrl+C), then paste into the Outlook signature editor.
- Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then OK.
Hyperlinks not showing up after paste? Some destinations strip rich formatting on direct paste — use the Download .htm path above, which preserves every link.
