Camp Team Request

We are excited at the prospect of working with you at your camp this summer. Please fill out the following information to request a team. Due to the limited number of teams available each week, a request is not a guarantee of an MCC team. Once the schedules are finalized, we will send a confirmation email to let you know you have a team with a link to the team’s web profiles as well as a responsibility form for you to fill out for your week of camp.
