Based on the approval of a student’s petition to graduate, the student’s original diploma will be delivered when all graduation requirements are met and all financial obligations to the college have been cleared with the Office of Business Affairs.
Upon initial graduation petition, students may request that the standard printed diploma be replaced with a simple ‘Bachelor of Arts’ or ‘Bachelor of Science’ without the degree detail information.
Once a student has left the college, names can only be changed on a diploma with supporting legal documentation of a name change (i.e. a copy of a marriage license, a court order or divorce decree, a current passport, a driver’s license, or a Social Security card) and the completion of the College Records Information Change form.
Each student will receive a complimentary diploma upon graduation from Manhattan Christian College.
Diplomas will be mailed, at no fee, via the United States Postal Service typically by the following times:
May Conferral: August
August Conferral: October
December Conferral: March
Diplomas measure 8.5” x 11”
Students attending the commencement ceremony will receive a diploma cover at the ceremony. Students who do not attend the commencement ceremony will only receive a diploma.
