Keynote Speaker: Heather M. Dixon
Heather is an author, speaker, and Bible teacher who understands living with astory that is not easy. Diagnosed with an incurable and terminal geneticdisorder that she inherited from her mother, she is passionate about encouragingand equipping women to trust God, face their greatest fears, and live withhope, especially in the midst of difficult circumstances. When she is notblogging at The Rescued Letters or speaking at women’s events, Heather lovesto make the most of everyday moments such as cooking for her husband and son,checking out way too many library books, or unashamedly indulging in all thingsDisney. Heather serves as the Women’s Ministry Coordinator for her church in Raleighand is a regular contributor to Lifeway’s Journey magazine. She is theauthor of three Bible studies including Determined: Living Like Jesus inEvery Moment and Renewed: Finding Hope When You Don’t Like Your Story.

Scholarship Offering
A free will offering, collected during the final keynote session Saturday is anintegral part of the Woman’s World tradition. Since 1984, this offeringhas been awarded the following year as scholarships to deserving femalestudents for their next academic year. These awards directly impactChristian leaders and can only be used at Manhattan Christian College foreducational purposes.
