Student Financial Services is proud to assist both students and parents better manage the financial investment in their education at Manhattan Christian College.

Payment Deadlines

All student account balances must be fully settled prior to the start of classes each semester. You will receive emails notifying you of any remaining balance until your account is settled.

Accepted Payments

We accept payment by cash, credit cards, and checks. Have questions about how to pay? Contact us at (785) 539-3571.

Paying with Card

If you are paying with card, you will need to login to Blackbaud, under the Billing dropdown, select Current Bill. You will be able to view your current balance, anticipated aid, and your balance after aid. Select the Make a Payment icon, and proceed.

Paying With Check

If you would like to pay via check, you can do so by mailing it to the Student Financial Services or delivering the check in person. Our mailing address is Manhattan Christian College, ATTN: Student Financial Services, 1415 Anderson Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas 66502.

Refund Policy

Any withdrawal from a course or from Manhattan Christian College may have an impact on a student’s balance, federal aid, or institutional scholarships. Students should always communicate with Student Financial Services before initiating withdrawal paperwork.

Traditional Students

Refunds charges are made based on the following schedule in case of withdrawal from a specific course or the institution: 

  • Within the first week 100%
  • Within the second week 75%
  • Within the third week 50%
  • Within the fourth week 25%
  • Beyond the fourth week 0%
Thunder On-Line Students

Refunds charges are made based on the following schedule in case of withdrawal from a specific course or the institution: 

  • On or before the first day of class 100%
  • The first week of the course 75%
  • The second week of the course 40%
  • 15th day and beyond 0%
