Job Description

Rossville Christian Church is seeking an Associate Pastor. This full-time position will oversee and lead both the Youth Ministry (grades 6–12) and Children’s Ministry (birth–5th grade), working alongside families and volunteers to disciple young people in their walk with Christ.

Key Responsibilities

Lead weekly youth group gatherings and Bible studies.
Organize and oversee Sunday school, children’s church, and VBS.
Plan events, retreats, and mission opportunities for both age groups.
Equip, train, and support volunteer leaders.
Communicate consistently with parents and church leadership.
Create a welcoming and safe environment for spiritual growth.

Qualifications

A growing and active relationship with Jesus Christ.
A calling to ministry with youth and children.
Strong biblical knowledge and ability to teach God’s Word.
Experience in ministry or related leadership roles preferred• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to be a part of the life of the church and the Rossville community.
