Job Description
Christ on Campus is a ministry to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. We will have an opening for a Women’s Minister beginning in the summer of 2025.
Our Purpose/Focus
The University of Arkansas is a campus of over 33,000 students from over 100 countries. Our purpose is to reach the campus community with the Good News of Jesus, equip Christians for a lifetime of service, leadership, and disciple-making, and send them globally as ambassadors of the Kingdom of God.
Though the primary focus will be evangelism and discipling of women students, there will also be opportunities to work with international students, be involved in community service and mission projects, and other areas of ministry.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- energetic,
- motivated,
- an initiator of relationships,
- has a heart for evangelism,
- enjoys meeting new people, and
- can work in a team setting with other campus ministers.
Christ on Campus will provide half of the minister’s salary and will help the new campus minister raise the other half.
