Oversight & Responsibilities:
• Teach content through sermons and sermon series
• Provide pastoral care and assistance to those in need
• Hold and oversee counseling services and function as a counselor themselves for those who need them
• Officiate wedding ceremonies and speak at funerals
• Supervise and lead other staff in their duties
• Conduct home and hospital visits
