Responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving and shipping of promotional items from home or designated carriers.
- Track and manage outgoing promotional shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
- Communicate with vendors and delivery services as needed.
