Responsibilities

  • Coordinate receiving and shipping of promotional items from home or designated carriers.
  • Track and manage outgoing promotional shipments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
  • Communicate with vendors and delivery services as needed.

Requirements
