The Director of Digital Disciples’ Responsibilities Include:
  • Host all online gatherings and live interactions, providing a dynamic and engaging online experience.
  • Develop and maintain all Digital Disciple communication pathways.
  • Develop digital discipleship programs such as Growth Track and SQUADS.
  • Train and equip a team of digital and local leaders.
  • Coordinate virtual and regional connection events.
  • Create exclusive content and oversee digital resource hubs.
  • Manage content creation.
  • Implement strategies for engagement, growth, and care globally.
  • Develop and execute Digital Watch Parties and Global Prayer Network.

 

Minimal Essential Functions:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operating a computer and other office machinery, such as a computer, calculator, copier, and printer.
  • Ability to work with others and meet demanding deadlines

 

Working Hours & Expectations:
  • Sunday presence is required for all gatherings.
  • Regular office hours: Monday-Thursday.
  • Flexibility for global time zones.
  • Available for digital crisis response.
  • Evening hours for online events.
  • Travel for regional gatherings.

 

What You Bring The following describes many of the characteristics of the ideal candidate for the Director of Digital Disciples:
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Ministry/Communications preferred).
  • Solid Experience in place of a bachelor’s degree will be considered.
  • 3+ years of ministry leadership experience.

 

Qualifications
  • Must reside within the Atlanta metropolitan area or be willing to relocate.
  • Strong, mature faith in Jesus Christ.
  • Excellent on-camera presence and communication.
  • Strong understanding of digital ministry.
  • Experience building online communities.
  • Technical proficiency with digital platforms.
  • Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital production/live stream tools.
  • A track record of creating discipleship pipelines
