Job Description
Foothills Christian Church (FH) has been fortunate to have dynamic and passionate communicators leading in the past, and prayerful expectations are for that to continue. FH seeks a pastor who is a collaborative leader and enjoys engaging with people on Sundays rather than retreating in the Green Room backstage.
We desire our next pastor to be
- experienced in leading mid- to large-sized church ministries,
- have a heart for reaching lost people,
- excel in team development, and
- have experience managing a larger staff that knows how to laugh and make ministry work fun.
Currently, FH has 10 full-time and part-time staff, all working with a commitment to the hard work of making disciples who also make disciples. FH Church desires a pastor with a Master’s degree or higher from a Restoration Movement (Non-Denominational) Church background.
