Job Description
World Gospel Outreach (WGO) is seeking passionate individuals who are called to missions work. This can be either long or short term. Whether you would like to come and volunteer, be a short term or long term missionary, there is a role for you at WGO!
Available Opportunities
Short term:
- Short Term missionaries can serve at any of our locations in Honduras and/ or Belize. The time of service can range from one week up to three months and can either be self-supported or a fundraising position. The main duties of short term missionaries will be to help and support WGO staff and missionaries in a variety of roles as needed.
Long term:
- Long term missionaries are North Americans that will serve full-time in a foreign field. They will serve for a minimum of a six month to four year covenant commitment (position permitting). They will be responsible for raising their own support with the intention of serving longer in order to have a more effective ministry impact.
Education and Experience
- Be a born-again believer in Jesus Christ.
- Bi-lingual, speaking both Spanish and English is preferred. Language school will be provided for long-term missionaries.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Willing to raise support under the guidance of WGO.
- Other requirements may vary depending on the specific role chosen
