Networking Day

November 30, 2023 @ 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Networking Day small banner

A day to build relationships between students  and potential employers.

This networking experience provides traditional career fair tables in a comfortable environment so that potential employers have the opportunity to cultivate connections with MCC students.

All MCC students, faculty, staff, and ministry/business representatives will participate together in chapel, lunch, and conversations that will help to build relationships.

Come on campus, make connections, and build relationships.

Let Us Know You Are Coming

$25 reserves a table (6′ or 8′) so that you can set up a simple display.

Schedule:

2:00       Flexible Departure Time

Special Notes
Organization representatives are encouraged to wear a logo shirt or name tag so that the students will recognize them as a networking Day participant.

Importance of Networking?

  1. Career Development: A gateway for building relationships for long term success.

  2. Opportunities: When you network with people and start building connections, those connections also connect you with their connections.

  3. Personal Growth: A lifestyle committed to initiating, building and nourishing relationships.

Tools for Building Your Network

  1. Socialize: be face-to-face as much as possible

  2. Volunteer

  3. Attend conferences

  4. Linked-in Profile

  5. Invest in the people around you

  6. Keep learning new things

  7. Be active and have fun
