Next Generation Pastor

Position Purpose and Goal

New Beginnings Christian Church is seeking a Next Generation Pastor. The Next Generation Pastor will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of all children and youth programs from PreK – 12th Grade.

This candidate will provide strategic direction and vision to develop and improve children’s and youth ministries, including the recruitment and training of volunteers, as well as the care and ministry for our children and youth throughout the week. This candidate will work under the supervision of our Lead Pastor and amicably within the context of a church staff. The goal of the Next Generation Pastor is to make disciples of our children and youth and to pass on to the next generation of believers the faith, truths, and skills from God’s Word. This candidate will ensure that all programs, volunteer development, and administration is carried out to the highest possible level to the glory of God.
