Job Description
LifeChange Church Wichita is an active body of believers with the desire to reach those who have not yet developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and to witness lives changed through the power of the Holy Spirit. Located in Wichita, KS, with an average Sunday attendance of 225 people, we want to expand our outreach to young families and build a strong ministry to raise up “the next generation” of Christ Followers.

We are seeking a Family Life Pastor who will take the lead in building our student ministry, as well as overseeing the development and growth of our kids and college age ministries. This person will provide leadership and direction to staff and volunteers who are committed to developing these critical ministry areas. This position will also give you the opportunity to build your preaching skills as a regular part of the general worship service rotation with our Lead Pastor.
