Job Description/Oversight and Responsibilities:
- Teach content through sermons and sermon series.
- Provide pastoral care and assistance to those in need.
- Hold and oversee counseling services and function as a counselor themselves for those who need them.
- Officiate wedding ceremonies and speak at funerals.
- Supervise and lead other staff in their duties.
- Conduct home and hospital visits.
