Job Description
Topeka Bible Church is a dynamic body of believers in Topeka, Kansas whose mission is “Leading people to life in Christ”. Located in the capital city of Kansas with an average Sunday morning attendance of 1,200, TBC pursues its mission through a healthy balance of Bible studies, small groups, children’s and student ministries, men’s and women’s ministries and missions. Over 20% of TBC’s operating budget is dedicated to a number of missionaries and missions organizations. TBC has recently created the position of Pastor of Outreach & Evangelism. The purpose of the position is to build relationships with local ministries and parachurch organizations and to heighten the involvement of TBCers not only in those organizations, but within TBC’s own ministries as well.
An individual with a passion for evangelism and helping other believers to discover and engage their spiritual gifts of service will find this position to be exciting and rewarding.
