Job Description
Refuge Christian Church is located in Hamilton County Indiana just outside of Noblesville, Indiana and we are seeking a Full-Time Pastor. The Senior Pastor will work with the current Elders, Church Board and various committees.
Refuge is a non-denominational church that comes from the rich heritage of the Restoration Movement. Our statement of faith is available on the church web site. While the congregation is over 100 years old, we have an updated building and an active ministry to the community.
Current positions include a full-time Senior Minister as well as a part-time music minister. Both are retiring in July 2024. Our present Senior Minister’s wife serves as the part-time music minister. We are considering these as separate positions. Preferences will be given to those with experience and an interest in all phases of the church’s ministry.
